You may return you purchase to one of our HoopStar locations within 30 days of purchase. The original form of payment and invoice are required for the store to process your return at the full purchase price.

Need to make a change? At this time, we do not offer product exchanges. You may return your product within 30 days and re-order your replacement item.
We will process your return within 7-10 business days of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method. You’ll receive and email from us when this is complete. A credit will appear on your next statement, we do not refund shipping charges.
